    Default Latest Midwest Crappie shows

Just wanted to let you guys know that you can check out the last 2 shows I filmed with Russ on his website. I get a lot of questions about fishing deep water in the winter so hopefully it will help you guys out. Russ caught a monster 17 inch black crappie while filming on Kinkaid from 39 fow. Like I said in the past, you don't go to Kinkaid in the winter to fill your freezer, but you might get one for your wall! We also had a good day on Rend during that show as well.

If anyone wants to learn how to fish for crappie they need to learn from Russ and the folks he has on his shows. I have bought some of his DVDs and there is something to learn on every one of them. I highly reccomend them.

Kyle was certainly the teacher on the Kinkaid episode (haven't watched the other yet). Kyle, what was the purpose of tying those multiple knots on that dropper line, I couldn't hear what you said.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Just watched the Kincaid show on winter crappie, very nice 17 incherHands Clapping, thanks for sharing that Kyle. The extra knots are tied on there to keep the hook and minnow away from your main line. Going to watch the Rend show now and maybe go do a little fishing in the back yard. Thanks Rick
