    i agree totally people i know say once a spike always a spike i believe thats bull s,,, the deer in the pic that i posted only had one antler two years ago people told me there was something wrong with him i dont see anything wrong with him now do u

    Not a thing wrong with him but age. I saw a study in a magazine once on a captive deer. They got him as a fawn. At a 1.5y/o he was a spike. By age 3.5 he was over 130. I think he topped out in the 180s or 190s BC over the course of 10 or 11 years

    seers antler growth are partly due to genetics and alot of it has to do with feed... if there is a very lean food year you wont see antler size as you would on a year where there is plenty to it

    I have a moultrie, hundred dollar one and a four hundred dollar cuddeback noflash. Both take good pics but the cuddeback seems to be a little quicker on the draw. The moultrie has a decent trigger speed once it comes out of sleep mode.. Those are the only two types I have, but hear good things about the stealth cam also, just no exp with them.

    Moultrie game spy is the one I'm useing,99.00 I think what I paid for it,I too have not use trial cam very much,works great if place over some sort of bait so the deer will hang around for the camera to wake up,on trails I get a lot of blank pic,
