I have heard from a few of my friends that they have had hounds killed bye wolves. I hadn't, at the time I was running my dogs, we had no wolves.. My two dogs was killed bye a mountain lion. Two, of my friends during the winter had a cat treed and the wolves came in, hearing them treed and killed both my friends dogs. We do have a problem with Wolves here in Idaho. I have access to a picture that has 5 Elk killed bye wolves. They killed them because there opportunist. They didn't eat the Elk that they had killed. The wolves ran a hundred head of Elk onto the Ice and they broke threw all the Elk drowened. Yes we have a problem.

I hunted with a friend in northern Idaho and we would go out at night after coon. We never treed a coon, we treed a damn Bear every time we went out. At that time he had the best bear dogs in Idaho. He would get off work and go hunting for Bear. He was 15minutes from some of the best bear hunting country in Idaho.
