What distance are you sighting in? We used to shoot .243 at our gun club years ago. I can be a very accurate round. Good luck.

You should expect better groups than that for sure. Good luck. Whack some!

depending on some things ,some rifles group better than others .....
lots of factors can lead to a not so tight grouping ,,,,,
don't look too bad to me , looks like they are within 3 inches or so of another
but I would think it could be dialed in to about 1.5 or 2 inches

I’ve been reloading for the .243 and others since the late 70s. Ive used many different powders and bullet weight's by different manufacturers.

I wouldn’t give up on that load yet Try these things first….Glasses suck for shooting, focus your scope in with out them, get a soft back pack fill it moderately full of towels nessel the whole gun fore arm in to the back pack,and then use your rear bag, keep your cheek welded to the gun between shots don’t pull your head up running the bolt….
One more thing for fun hook your forearm finger over the barrel and hold a small amount of down pressure in to the back pack and shoot a group…You’ll probably see that group tighten right up, heavy barrels or brakes do wonders
