Done big pieces not small steaks like that (hammered out). Stuff with cream cheese and peppers then roll up . Season the outside with Italian seasoning , garlic powder , black pepper . Cook bacon 1/2 way in microwave , still soft and wrap it around stuffed loin and pin it with bamboo skewers . Put in my smoker .

Mighty fine eating it is.
