    it is fantastic, we cut it up and make stir fry with onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cannot believe so many hunters leave these and the livers in the gut pile! missing so much. my grandson here and his dad learned to eat liver, which is really healthy, by utilizing the livers on his deer.

    I have cameras up in 3 different counties . Seems like most bucks are or were noctural . We harvested several does with crossbow and muzzleloader . If I can take one with a modern weapon plan to apply for the triple trophy certificate this season . Made almost 100 lbs of Summer Sausages this week.

    Thanks. I hunted with recurves and longbows for years and still like the challenge of hunting on the ground and up close and personal.
