Tried to make a real sharp quartering in shot last year but had some fuzz in my peep sight. made, what I thought, was a bad shot hitting him in the ham. Could tell I didn't get much penetration so I waited till the next morning to track. I hit the femoral artery and he had only went about 80 yds before piling up. Great blood trail but that lighted nock in the morning fog really helped too.
