Time to drop draw weight. 50-55# is plenty. Even less, especially as one ages, eh?

Last bow I shot was a mighty mite. Little short hatchet cam job. About the 3rd time it welted my left forearm in an hour target shooting I was over it. Took about 3 months for that bruise to heal. I draw back a bow and start flinching

Lots of forks on that buck zummy! Do you have mulies and whitetail? Good shooting, if you're more than 15 yards away

No mulies here. Ive got alot of non typical genetics in my area. First deer I ever shot was a 159" deer with a big kicker. That said there was a 180" 8 point shot 2 miles west of me last year. Takes alot of bone to do that.

Non-typicals are just neat! Good luck this year. A 145" buck here is exceptional. Anything better would result in involuntary bladder emptying!

Some of those non typicals are awesome looking. Some of them are just uniform enough to make them look like some of the exotic species
