    Default Swiss squirrel

I modified my mother in law's Swiss steak to exchange squirrel for round steak. Have a couple possible ingredient volunteers cutting in the oaks behind my house. Season opens next week. I only need six! Plus I've been investigating making my own fly dubbing from squirrel hair. Hope nobody questions me about " shaving my squirrels"!

I look forward to seeing the finished product. Sounds pretty tasty.
Be better to eat them before they can eat the wiring in your attic

They like to run across the street and then turn back and get run over, feel sorry for the critters.
I don't eat them but I like them.

I love to hunt them with my Gamo pellet rifle, my .22, and at times will bust out the Benelli 12qauge when I'm having problems filling out the recipe!
