sitting on the ground all sneaky snake like indian style years ago, the birds and squirrels went bananas off to my right for a good while , a few minutes later a young bobcat walked right up to me and ACTUALLY stood under my rifle barrel that was set up on a shooting sticks !

Never moved a hair and the south wind was in my face and it watched the feeder i was watching for a second or 3 and off it went never knowing I was there .

If you would have reached out and grabbed that cat it would have most certainly caused you to leak some red stuff.
At the hunting club I used to belong to they ran dogs through the river bottoms for deer. This one guy always went and sat in this shooting house off of a planted field. Didn't usually come back until after lunch. This day he was back at camp by 9. That's usually when we wrapped up the dog drives. Everybody started to leave and head home. He was wanting me to go with him back to the shooting house to get his rifle. Inasked why he left his rifle. Ah I planned to go get it later. Hmmm. We got close to the shooting house and he gets all fidgety. I finally get him to tell me that when he woke up a black bear had it's head in the front window of the shooting house looking at him. He said it scared him so bad he took of running. I am sure that would have been a site to see

we used to have video from that spot and a young one came up to the box blind on the ground looking really agitated and actually attempted to go in the door in the back after circling the blind a few times looking really not happy !
not sure what that was about ,but it was odd and a bit on the scary side
i imagine it would shred you quite well inside a blind before you could stop it or get out
