I have 2 fresh backstraps from that buck I killed in Nov. Went to the website and searched venison recipes. I am going to try the stuffed backstrap soon and when I do I will post some pictures.

we eat an enormous amount of venison and hog in Texas
i didnt read the actual recipe ,just noticed it and mostly shoot off the hip when cooking
but i been known to make some pretty decent table fair out of wild critters playing around in the ketchnz kitchen

I wondered if you being from Texas had heard of Jess Pryles. They only thing she and I disagree on is....Chilli... My Chilli has to have beans. She is simple spoken with complex taste. She puts it down there where us goats can get to it.

That Red White and Blue burger is unbelievable.

Mine too! Sometimes I even put cut off corn in mine and cocoa powder if I’m feeling special sporty.
