    like I said my kid and my son in law run in some cookery circles .
    if you ever get near central Texas they have an about ready to open full time eatery.
    they often break traditional recipe rules on some of their offerings .
    both of them were born in Texas and never strayed .
    we take a nice cut of meat serious and we dont put no beans in our chili in these parts

    its ok with us natives , we accept beautiful women from all over the world here in Texas , the her being able to cook real well adds to the welcome part .

    here in Texas we are just a pair of cowboy boots ,firearm and straw hat up from a cavemen ......
    heck somewhere in our family albums there is one of me with twin pistols , cowboy boots and a cowboy hat .....
    about 4 years old and not a stitch of clothing in the mix .....
