Man, they’re proud of it, ain’t they? I would like to try the five pack, but not at $60 bucks! Think I’ll stick with Uncle Chris on my burgers and Dale’s or Allegro on steaks. I like Stubb’s pork marinade on Boston Butt pork steaks. That’s a cheaper, but fine supper right there!

Using a benchmark of $1/oz. (industry spice avg., imho) it seems reasonable to me...also check on Amazon)

we did get to see a large black bass try to take my wife's jig in the air as she took it out of the water tough ......AND
that sure enough made her jig bit harder and longer i tell ya ....
we were just killing a bit of time and bored so we pitched jigs for a bit
and went hiking and drove a few hours here and there
while the smoker was busy on some left over turkey parts
i thought we left them in there way to long at 5 hours at 250
the pecan pile was burned down when we drifted back in to the home place
those 2 thighs and drumsticks had to be what i think are best smoked turkey i ever put in my mouth !!!!!
when i put a knife to the leg joint they ran juice out like a water fountain !
the hardcore carnivore R E D seasoning was PERFECT and the flavor is beyond compare
we spent Thanksgiving turning a turkey into a pile of tamales
AND yes i stole some of the green turkey and made a few tacos when no one was looking .
some were red and some were green and i did 2 dozen chiles with cheese as well
so if i dont post a ton of crappie photos remember this ......
between cooking ,eating, hunting ,butchering deer and family time i aint hitting the water
no where near as much as normal......
    to be sure though ....
    KABOOM is still the word

That deer sat skinned in an ice bath for 1 week . Some say it ain’t the way to go and bla bla bla , I been doing it that way for years and It’s about a dandy way to age one . I started doing it that way long ago and I have never had a complaint yet and even had people who don’t eat venison tell my WOW that was deer !
