Thread: Where Heaven meets the Earth

is a place we actually own ,the heavy woods to right in this photo , the open pasture is the neighbor that runs cattle .
That woodlot is so flat full of good hunting fun it aint even funny ....
this big ole boar took 4 rounds from the 30 06 and was growling like a dog at us when we went in after him .
Probably not for the faint of heart but to be sure going in on one that large that wont quit sorts out the chickens from the beef ....

first round 100 yards out , second round about 50 yards out ,3 and 4 were both in the jungle at 15 yards and he still didn't quit after he took the number 4 round , only had 1 round left in the rifle and was getting a little kinda like ,better save that one for just in case
told my bud we best back off a bit and let him bleed out before someone other than that big pig gets hurt .
