    Default I've got some butchering to do


    Fortunate to fill my elk tag today in Eastern Oregon. Now I need some time on the water panfishing to heal my aching,old bones.

    they are some large animals and quite tasty , but boy howdy that terrain makes me tired looking at it
    congrats a fine fat cow for sure . she looks like a bunch of great eats to me

    Very nice! You'll be Bubba Gump of the elk kind for the next year: elk sausage, elk stew, elk kabobs, elk chili, elk nachos, elk gumbo, fried elk, braised elk.... LOL! I'm jealous!
