I shot one very similar way back when and dont really want to whack them anymore. I tried a few times in my life to ketch kittens but they are pretty darn fast even when they are tiny .its a dandy specimen for sure and most I see have very muted coloration as well ,some are kinda red
And alot kinda grey and most dont have much for markings on the body

I had one try to get in a blind with me one time and it for sure knew I was there ? It looked thru a crack in the back door and laid its ears back and gave me a low growl.
Kinda gave me an edge before it walked away all stiff legged and switching its tail like crazy
