Thread: spring piggies

i think is what they call them . born in the spring and harvested when it gets cold .
but we cant wait for cold weather . over run with them we are and whacking em helps a little bit .
hit the crappie dock when I was out there and found lots of snakes and only one crappie !
the dock was rather beat down over the 4th for sure from what I could see and heard from a guy that showed up when I was leaving .
loaded up the feeders and only stayed for a bit before it got really hot .
and yes socks with sandals is the thing when hunting boots are near
rusty as we named him was 36 lbs dressed and that's 18 lbs per half on my math
fire up said smoker and ice the beer down please ….
