Default over TWICE the price ?

and not terribly happy with the performance so far
I got the folks that made the 2 cameras I was running to replace them due to the malfunctioning triggers , they would just go bananas after anything set them off and take photos for hours and one of them for days one after another void of any life except during feeding times
one would just start taking photos as soon as it was turned on and go until the batteries quit .this began to take place on one of them a few moths ago and then in December the second one started going bananas as well . so I contacted the warranty department as they were just 6 months old . I paid 100.00 for 2 cameras and the lady said they didn't make those anymore but she would give 2 of the latest and greatest they just came out with …..
so I get them in and they are 120 each online from what I saw and about a total bear to set up and still haven't got that part figured out . not user friendly like the last ones for sure .
I gave up on one already trying to program it and cant seem to adjust the other one either as of now . according to the warranty department the photo quality is better and the trigger speeds faster and the night photos better and etc etc etc .
below are some of the really grainy daytime photos they take and for sure the night photos aint much either.
I will continue to try to figure them out but as of this moment I aint got it …..
but then again ...nor do they

Not sure which kind you're using but I've used moultrie, they aren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I get about 4 to 5 year out of them and they And they are made in America, take good pictures. I've never sent one back so I couldn't say about service.

I have a Moultrie as well. It's a few years old now, was never hard to set up and worked fine. I did have some issues with it taking pictures almost all the time if it was windy. I figured it was better to have it too sensitive then not sensitive enough.

The third picture with the hog, almost looks like it has rain drops on the lens. I say that as knowing what windows can look like when raining. So might that be the cause of three pictures? No pro here, lol, nor do I own any.

all the night photos are grainy ….so I doubt it was rain ,
moisture maybe yes I suppose and it could have been dew or condensation possibly

Moultrie cameras made in the USA? Where did that information come from? Not bashing the cameras though, they tend to be my best working ones I have right now and have had lots of luck with them in the past.

Well they put them together here. Probably parts from China.
