    Now that's a true hunting companion right there. I have always had such a companion until losing mine to cancer almost a year and a half ago. We went today to three shelters scouting for our next one and both my wife and I are looking forward to making that "just right" connection and giving one of them an awesome forever home.

    My Springer has laid in my lap since he was a puppy and at 13 Tues, he still does it. Good picture.

    Our first 3 labs starting in 1976 were adopted, all turned out being Great dogs!!! Your right you'll know right away when you find the right one.

    Thanks for turning the pictures straight!!! I posted them with a Ipad and they turned out right on there, but I see they were every direction on the wife's lap top.
