    Default Daughters TN Buck 2018

Well, she has shot one again. She had passed several better deer Saturday morning along with this one. He had a messed up shoulder and was struggling to get around good. She somehow attracts every messed up deer we have on the property. I told her if he come out Saturday afternoon she needed to shoot him. I typically only allow her to shoot one buck off the property but after I told her she could shoot another one she was good to go with it. He came out at 2:30 and was her first kill with a muzzleloader. Now, she can wait on the one she wants and almost got him Sunday morning. Hopefully his pic will be on her soon...

She heart shoots about everything. Told her to aim a little higher to make me feel better. If she ever misses it will be low, no doubt. I think she is used to holding a little low with the crossbow.

That is a nice deer, the unique antlers and messed up shoulder no doubt are from an earlier injury but indeed a great harvest for freezer meat. He would probably become a meal for coyotes later in the year when the weather gets bad and food becomes scarce.

Congrats. Very unique deer. I would at least do a euro mount on it.

Congrats to your daughter on an awesome buck!!! I know she is tickled to death with that... and should be.
Very unusual antler growth on the one side... but I'm sure that's prolly due to the shoulder injury.

Congratulations on a successful hunt. She sure looks happy. I don't think her smile would be any bigger if it was a monster buck.
    Have a great fall.
