I had one and were the signal was good it worked good, and on the other side of my property the signal was spotty to no signal it would capture pics but not send them to my computer. So if your cell phone works were you want to place the camera it should send pics to the recieving device.

Sorry I don't kinda scared some idiot would come steal it and they cost too much for that to happen. I do use Browning cameras the black out ones and their great. I know you want to stay out of the woods but I think the cheapest type for those cameras are what $300.00 plus. For that price to worry if someone has stolen it I'll walk in the woods.Game camera

I run cameras at least 8 months out of the year. I have 7 Wildgame innovations cameras and they will run the whole time on one set of batteries. I check cards every 2-3 weeks when I fill my feeder.

I have never used the wireless cameras, always had to go check a SD card or used to use an old 1 with 35mm film rolls - I think it was a cuddeback.

I bet you get some really cool pics running cameras for 8 months, I usually run them for 3-4 months

This was the first year in about 4-5 years that I didn't run them year a round. My usual thing was to feed them 20% protein pellets March-August then corn September-February. We found out in February that we have a 50% chance of losing our lease in the next 3-5 years and 100% in 6 years due to solar farm coming.

It's hard to put that much work in when you know its gonna end but make the most of it while you got it. I lost the best lease I ever had about 5 years ago to development, hunted it hard to the end but still miss it all the time when I think about the 10 yrs we spent there. Sorry to hear that your gonna lose the lease totally in about 6 years, that solar farming is becoming a big thing. They are starting 1 here off of SR44 on an old sod farm, guess it's better than 1500 houses.

It is better than a subdivision. I have been hunting on this land for 6 years but my father in law who heads it all up has hunted here his whole life.
