    Default Eufaula Report

Any reports on Eufaula? I’m about an hour and 15 minutes away. Thinking about riding over Saturday if they haven’t spawned out.

I haven't been in a few weeks. I talked to a few people last weekend and they caught some shallow. I'm headed over this afternoon.

Made it to Eufaula. Fished around the north end of the lake. Picked up about a dozen before noon, all blacks, then the bite shut off. Couldn’t buy a bite all afternoon.

I've been northern Eufaula twice and Blackshear twice this year. Weather and work permitting of course but I can honestly say I have been stumped for the most part this season. Minimal fish on each trip. Fun times to get out and go but a little frustrating when gas prices out the roof. I got 1 more trip planned and I hope I can round up a few some where.

We fished Saturday for about 4 hours and Sunday for about 3 hours. We kept 60 over the two days and threw back about that many more. Most fish were around 8-12 fow on the bottom right to structure. I kept 37 Saturday and 23 Sunday. I didn't count Saturday when I cleaned them but Sunday 17 out of 23 had eggs.
