    Default Lake Talquin?!?

It's WAY out of my range for fishing spots but I always enjoyed reading all the posts and seeing all the catches some of you guys posted about Talquin for the past few years. Why is it I never see those posts anymore? Has the fishing slowed there? Even on the Florida board there's little talk about Talquin. What gives?!?
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

Interesting you posted this. I was on here checking for the same thing. We went down two years in a row and had great trips in jan and feb. Two years ago, on our last trip, i could barely find a place to stay. The camps allow people to make reservations without deposits so they get booked full and then people cancel last minute if they decide not to come. Makes it tough to come from SC to get down there in that case.

Talquin is my favorite place to fish, but I just haven't been able to get down there or any where else, as often I used to.

There's no more fish in Talquin anymore. We've caught them all therefore we don't post anymore.
