Caught 2 this morning. Wernt biting today for some reason but first trip to Campers Haven. Still had fun and beats sitting inside

I went to the left down the canal and thats where the bass hit on a dock with a light. I fished all that open area where it leads back to the lake south of the boat ramp. I also crossed and fished those fingers in the curve of the river. I will be back but fishing the river has spoiled me with alot of bites lol

go past the slow idle bowies at the channel markers turn left and go back into the trees .that is called smokehouse lot of good fishing in shallow water some 6 and 7 ft holes back there
