Default LAKE OCONEE CRAPPIE TROLLING 4/27/21

Jim and I fished Lake Oconee yesterday and had a reasonably good day. In my opinion the crappie fishing on Oconee has been slow for the past year or so. Yesterday, we marked the most fish that we had seen in a while. We are still catching a lot of small fish. The details are in the video. Thanks for watching. I enjoy your feedback.

Thanks hobo. You're right we've been off lately. I have to help my wife with her garden or I won't have anyone to wash my clothes and cook my meals. We were in Jim's Sabre yesterday.

Glad to see you are still getting after those crappie. Enjoyed the video. We will be in your neck of the woods around the middle of May visiting the kiddos.

You sure caugth a lot of fish! I was happy to see you let Jim catch a couple.

I guess I need to get my crappie fishing rigs back into the boat and leave the bass alone.

I’m in the process of upgrading my electronics and trolling motor. I’ve got the new ulterra mounted but the Solix is still a no show. I’ve been bream fishing out of my kayak but wanting to get back on the lake in a bad way. May just go at it old school with no electronics.
