    Prayer Request terrrova remote lock


    this may be a dumb question, but. is there an easy way to unlock my remote when it locks up ? thank you

    Can you tell more what you mean? Also, which model you have?

    I have an 80 lb iPilot Terrova I use all the time, and it has never "locked up". Being an engineer, I would first check batteries, connections, etc.

    a couple of times now I push keys on the remote and it don't respond, I look and is says locked. had remove the back, take the batteries out and put back in and it works. I have a new 55 and love it so far, had it for about 3 mo. I was hoping for a way to reset it. thank you

    when it is locked, no buttons work, can't even shut it off

    On the remote, just hold down the Lock Button for a few seconds and it will unlock it. And that is how you lock it too, by holding the Lock Button down for a few seconds .. You may have held that button down and didn't realize it.

    You can hold down on the check mark to unlock turn on and off

    emailed minn kota, they say send serial # and copy of receipt and they will replace the remote, and sorry for the problem. happened again today. thank you guys, tight lines
