    Default Headed to Blackshear


    We are pulling out the camper this afternoon and cleaning it up then packing it. We will be camping at the state park at spots 18 and 19 with three boats. I've been to the lake once, my brother has only been once, and my buddy has never been so hopefully we are going to hit it at the right time. We will arrive somewhere around noon on Friday and leave Sunday afternoon.


    My grandpa passed 2 weeks ago and had planned on going with us but God had other plans. He said all he wanted to was go sit by the camper and enjoy the view one more time. He couldn't get in and out of the boat by himself so he would have to go with me. This weekend will be special because he gave me the boat that I will be fishing in about 6 months ago, I will be camping in his 1975 camper that my wife and I remodeled last year, and my brother will be fishing in a boat that my papa gave him about month ago.

    good luck deucker planning on leaving tomorrow going to my camper at camper have boat ramp .my camper is across the road from the ramp . the part i am in is weekend retreat . that is part of use to be camper have.if i get up that way i will look for you .

    I think my parents are headed to Eufaula this weekend. I will let you know what they do. I'll be in Eufaula April 5th-10th.

    I would concentrate on 13-15 foot of water early. In front of state park is good flat....

    Will do. My mom got her jig heads in the mail last Saturday and she will try them out at Eufaula this weekend.
