    Default Sprig break trip

My wife and I are planning on taking the family on a vacation and we all like to fish. March 29-April 5 we plan on crappie fishing lake Sinclair. Any info or intel would be appreciated and yes we will have a boat. We have never fished this lake before. Are we too early or late to catch numbers?

You should be able to pick up some during your trip. Look at Dutch's post way back when, it should be helpful.

Good time of year for Sinclair. Rood, Cold Branch, Nancy, Crooked, Whitehouse Cove will all have goid numbers of fish in them, don't overlook smaller coves either.

Didn’t say what end of lake but on the upper end of the Oconee arm of lake are Optimist Cove, Sandy creek cove and Shoulderbone. Really more places to fish but all these plus whatDutch gave will keep you in fish and take a lot longer than a week to fish.
