Blackshear
Any tips out there for locating crappie during these hot summer days on Blackshear? Been mostly night fishing dock lights with limited success. No luck during the day tho.

day time early morning i do better shooting jugs under docks close to deep water . pontoon boats are good spots . use 1/24 th or 1/8 . i use rubber hair jigs with chartreuse tail . try different color body that will depend on water color .planning on going to my camper at weekend retreat tomorrow for the weekend to work on my pontoon boat don`t know if i will get to fish. can`t handle this heat and weekend boat traffic .waiting on cooler weather.
