My club was sold out form under us in January. I own 12 acres in Taylor that I will hunt to put a few does in the freezer...but I will be fishing more this year than deer hunting. I am just not willing to pay what the going prices on a hunting lease is nowadays just to shoot a pine goat.

I got 42 acres in Worth county we own to hunt. Six Florida guys next to us lease 100 acres. From what they offered us last year to lease our 42 acres I might just let them hunt it to pay for my fishing!

The part didn't come in today so I called my grandpa to see if I could borrow his boat. My dad went and picked it up and met me in Lakeland with the boat. My kid wanted to stay with my parents so he went with them and I came home and moved all my fishing tackle over including my pole holders and helix. My grandpa's boat already has ipilot. Hooked up ready to go.

Got to be careful in Blackshear as well. Especially on the North of the 280 bridge and the west side of the lake in areas. Most maps are well marked with the hazard areas.

I will be there Friday, give me a hollar if you see me out on the water.

    Caught these 2 Fridays ago.

The boat ramp at cedar is on the north side of the mouth of the creek but it is a very steep angle.
