Default Favorite Jig Color for Lake Blackshear

I know everyone usually has a favorite color jig they use and it may vary depending on the lake being fished or clarity of the water. My question is, what are your top two choices for Lake Blackshear? The water here is usually stained to very stained, especially this year. MY top two colors are below but I'm interested to see what others use.

    1. Orange/Blue/Florescent Yellow
    2. Orange/Yellow/White

These are my favorite colors and always use at least 2 of them on pony’s (minnow spins) when trolling.

you have to try different jigs till you get the right color tie doubles with 2 different colors on 4 poles and see what they like.you can run 8 poles that way you can run a bigger variety.
retired and now i will always fish

Litewire is showing a good selection. I would add Monkeyshine and Wildcat. I ran blue or purple heads on those colors.

Most of the darker colors that Litewirehooker showed are what I use. But if I had to choose just one, it would probably be Black/Blue/Chartreuse.

I like those curly tail jigs. Where do you get them?

Thanks I will give them a try. I’ve been using Jiffy Jigs and Sugar Bugs or live minnows when I fish. I started out with Hal-Flys many years ago and I always fished that style jig with the feathered tails. It’s been a long time since I fished the curly tail jigs. What size heads do you use? Do you mainly troll with them or pitch them? I don’t do much trolling anymore.
