Well, me and Edsel Price was on the lake at the crack, we just could not see the lake. FOGGY as heck. We shot deep water docks for two hours with zero caught. We LL trolled for two hours with zero caught and did not mark any fish. We went to a spot where I put fish shelters years ago and they were gone BUT I found a SL of brush piles in the area with my side view. I marked them and they were in 27 fow and all had fish stacked on them. Thank God I took some minnows. We fished these piles for one hour and kept 7 Crappie, 3 cats, and two Bass. We had to leave at 330PM or I think we could have caught a cooler full. You find a brush pile in 25 fow and they are there. Water was 73.

This was Edsel's first Crappie fishing trip. He loved it and wants to go more often. He even wants to go with me to Crescent Lake in January. He has never fished Florida in all his 74 years.Name: Edsel Crappie.jpg

Nice trip Danbo. Being flexible can make a bad day in to a limit day. It looks like a beautiful day.
