    Default Lake Blackshear

Just curious if anyone can recommend an area for a little catfishing on blackshear where you can get away from the big boats dragging tubes and skiers?

Two choices: Below the damn or wait until late fall when it cools down. Awful there this time of the year!

If you are going on the weekend, nowhere until the water cools down come fall.
Weekdays are not to bad, at least till around 3 pm or so.

I was afraid of that. I went a few weekends ago and didn't even see another boat until almost 11 which was fine with me. Went back this weekend and was a completely different story.
