    Default River specks

I went to the river yesterday to catch a few bream for dinner, I got a surprise on my white hair jig, and a six pound kitty on a black one.
Fun couple hours on the Little river.Name: 20190602_075645.jpg

Yes it has. I've been staying off the lake and sticking to the river. Easier to stay in the shade.

Summer fishing is BRUTAL! Period! I just hung it up for the year....although I KNOW I cannot stay away all summer long. I'll probably go catfishing a few times but for the most part I think I'm DONE with the crappies until after the first of the year again. Older age seems to make those kinds of decisions alot easier once that sun gets HOT!

I hear ya. The older I get the harder it is to deal with it. I know I'm not sitting out in a boat in the middle of a lake fishing the channel till September. Maybe.
