Great day on the water. Thank you for sharing.

Jim and I Combo Trolled on Lake Oconee today. The water was 74-80 degrees. I pulled double 1/16 oz jigs with curly tails and slider grubs. Jim pushed single 1/16 oz jigs. We caught fish on Wildcat curly tails, red/white/blue curly tails, black/blue/chart and Junebug/chart curly tails. We caught fish in the timber and on flats and the mouths of coves in 15-18 FOW. We spent most of the morning looking for fish that were hungry and did not catch a fish over 11 inches until after 10:00 a.m. We probably caught 60-70 fish and kept 20 in the 11-14 inch range. The water was stained on the north end but not so much at mid lake. It was a beautiful day on the water.

Nice. I went back to the spawning spot I got so many fish out of last week and not a single fish - they had moved on somewhere. I found a few but they weren't biting much. I'll try again tomorrow. I think I am going to go back to Oconee soon, maybe Thursday iff'n it don't storm.
