Blackshear (28 feb 19)
Went to Blackshear Wednesday and the weather was perfect and fish had a great time getting on my hooks. They enjoyed the minnow spins with John deer jigs. They liked the 14-20 feet water in the flats. The fish want me to come back as soon as possible.

Nice report. I need to find me some jigs like those. Also, I've never fished Blackshear before. I need to drive down there one day, but it is a haul from Lanier.

Haven't fished in a while because water is so high (almost 5' over full pool) a lot of ramps are closed, or so I heard. I went to Oconee instead Wed, and brought home 12.

Nice fish and jigs. I found some of your jigs locally at Fish Tales on Lake Oconee. Will give them a go this coming week.
