    March 1st at Oconee...Lawrence Shoals and Old Salem are top notch.

    Georgis State Park in Cordele is open year round. the rules have changed you can reserve a waterfront site or any site you prefer.it is a Ga power dam.
    the park is a veterans state park
    retired and now i will always fish

    If anyone fishes Ga power lakes alot, to save you some money you can purchase a yearly pass for all Ga Power day use areas and boat ramps for $35. One pass covers all Ga Power Lakes You can purchase at the land office off hiway 16 near Lawrence Shoals..
