    Default Off topic boat question

I know this is a bit off normal topic, but I have s friend looking for some information. We live in middle Ga (Byron) and the friend got rear ended while towing his boat. It bent the prop, shaft, float pod, and now his transom has a leak. Has anyone used a boat repair place other than sports center in Perry. Nothing against them just looking for two different opinions on boat and motor issues

    Thanks for any info.

I haven't used anyone but I live in Perry and there is a place on the 247 connector just west of I-75 and also another repair shop on Ga-74 going west off I-475. There is also a repair place at Lake Tobesofkee. Hope this helps...

I would be wary of taking these issues to Performance Marine. I would not take my boat there. Good luck, you have a tough decision to make. Maybe the manufacture could recommend a repair shop that is in Middle Georgia that could handle that type of work.
