    I ve been to blackshere twice in the last week with very limited success. Tried everything i know. The lake is what i d call muddy, but i m still marking fish. But they aint eating what i m offering, primarily minnows and some jigs. Anyone having sucess at the lake?

    Like litewirehooker said...the water needs to settle from so much rain, that is causing the water to be muddy and a lot of trash in the water also. I went last week to just ride around in my boat, getting it out and using it knowing that I would not catch anything. I spent about 4 hours on the lake. Enjoyed just being out there.

    herd some reports about cedar creek so i tried it Friday with no luck. it was clear enough but no bites. trolled for about an hour pulling different jigs then went to a dock and shot jigs with no luck. this dock was producing a few days ago but not Friday. about noon i saw a boat trolling he caught 2 at the mouth of Cedar Creek and nothing else . i had to leave my trolling battery died. getting a bigger battery before i go back.
    retired and now i will always fish
