    I was going too, but the report I got today was a lot of trash and scattered fish. I'll wait another day or so. It's a 2 hour drive for me.

    I'm assuming Oconee? Friend went today. Came home with 33.
    Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!

    Yep! Pretty much the only way we fish. Spider rig every once in a while, but we longline most of the time.

    I fished from sunrise till noon and the fish were feeding all morning!!! Longlining double 1/6 jigs in grape/ chat and the fish were suspended 12 to 15 ft deep and the fish were everywhere. I fished from 60 to 25 ft depths. The fish are on brush and standing timber. The big slabs were not biting like last week but it was none stop action. I released all fish today and it was a fun morning. I beat the rain!!!!!
