    Default Blackshear 9-7-18

It was HOT...temperature wise. Fishing was pretty good, as well. I caught 20, kept 8 for some fresh fried fish for dinner. Water temp was 82 at daylight, 85 at 2 pm when I called it. Air temp was like the inside of a oven.... No specific color, just a mix of everything in the tackle bag. Fish were on the channel ledges and scattered, bite was pretty much over after 11 am. Felt good getting back on water and knocking the cobwebs out. Video will be ready later tonight, tomorrow at the latest.

Curtis was nice to meet you.

Agree with Dutch......fish were along the edges and pretty close to trash piles. Spent couple hours doing searches along the channel...…..here is a couple pics. Always good to see Crappie.com fisherman. Good to see and talk to Dutch.....

Sage. You have got to start behaving your self so she won't have to kick that hard. Blackshear 9-7-18

I hope the MRI turns out ok. Would be good to see y'all on the water.
