Figured I would update you we went down last Saturday but I have been busy.Used Raz ramp As you said ramp was open everything else was shut down looks like they are remodeling the place. Just using cash box for ramp it's still $3 .

Yes there is a small public boat ramp at Wolf Thick

It is a small parking area but I have seen 5 trailers there at different times. Great ramp to use especially during windy days.
