Yes Tobo is muddy, went by yesterday and it looks like the last heavy rain did what it usually does. I've heard the muddy water is great for bass fishing but I'm not a bass fisherman.

I had an appointment at a house on Tobo on Saturday. They were on the big end of the lake above the bridge. Water was pretty dirty. I'd say it's getting better now. Yep if your after bass....they will be up shallow and on wood with the dirty water.

Let me tell ya. It takes time and patience to fish Tobo. I probably went 30 times and then started learning the lake some. It's a funny lake to try and catch crappie out of. Just keep going and trying different spots and techniques and it will happen. I probably have 15 to 20 different spots I target. I fish one spot and if they are not biting pull up and hit the next one and so forth and so on. Good luck to everyone.
