Thread: Welcome Proud_Dad

Just realized I had missed this earlier. Thanks for the welcome to the forum! I am glad to have found this group and look forward to meeting some of you and connecting long-distance with others who are out of state. My son (Layne) and I had a fun day on the water yesterday with a member who invited us to join him for a day of fishing.





Had a great time learning new ways to fish for crappie and a few fun moments when you set the hook and knew immediately it wasn't a crappie! Caught a nice meal of crappie...and a hat that blew off going across the lake. Couldn't get Layne to pose with his catch after he dipped it up out of the lake. Look forward to meeting and visiting with more members here in the future. Thanks again.
