Nice to meet you! I am glad to be here. I grew up crappie fishing and eating with my dad. I have spent the last 20 years only getting to fish when I could get away from work and find a friend with a boat. Now at 39 I am finally able to buy my first boat. My son is 6 and I really wanted to make those memories with him that I have with my dad. All of my gear was ultra light "hatchback friendly" ugly sticks. Now that I have a truck and a new boat on the way, I have been upgrading my gear. With a lot of help from you all already I have a really nice spider rigging setup ready to install. 3 BnM PSTs, 3 BnM capps&coleman, a Cumberland Crappie dual seat with umbrella holder, Millennium marine pro seats, and brocraft lund rail mount spider rig holder. Like a lot of you I did a ton of research before I buy anything. About 95% of my information came from here. Thank you all for that. I look forward to learning and sharing too once I get on the water.

    Welcome to the forum.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
