    Wait, if it was just a scouting mission, I think I should say it was a success. We may have not caught much but we know where the fish ain't!

    And we had a pleasant day on the water. Wasn't even hot out.

    Caught a gar, a bass, a brim and a coupla I don't know what's! So at least it wasn't a skunk.

    Thanks Slab for the trip, boat rides well and we didn't get wet. that in it's self is a success. Only my second trip this year and haven't needed any grease yet but may be time to try cane pole and minnows again.--Shu
