    Default Coupla' trips were made

this past week along with a coupla' conquests. Magnificent sunrises have initiated my days this week as I head in my Easterly direction of pursuit.Name: 20230503_064511.jpg

Occasionally, our goals are side-tracked with unforeseen events that, depending on your "step-over skills", can alter/end your Day o' FUN!!. My "long straw" that needed attention was my MK Ulterra that wouldn't deploy(now in repair shop). L/l'g was sidetracked in favor of u/l mini-stickin', but with building winds and disinterested targets, my 70 HP SUZI was asked to Do the BUMP! While watching my GPS speed, I would shift in/out of gear to roughly accommodate 1.0 mph. Although uncomfortable, it began to FILL my box.Name: 20230502_131952.jpg

My buddy AJ, joined me on another, Do the BUMP (aka Bumpy-Ride!) and we had an enjoyable day of Fish/Friendship.Name: 20230503_102145.jpg

Unless they have an annual Community Extension-cord "loaner" event, it is probably a 12 Volt setup ran by a well-charged battery in season.
One day this week, while enjoying a favorite restaurant, I encountered a complete stranger, wearing my fav colored T-Shirt with my name on it! I introduced myself and my fishing passion, and asked if I could take his pic...He DID! Name: 20230504_123837.jpg

If that wasn't enough, while unhitching the boat, back at the house, I meet FREDDIE the Freeloader who surfaced from behind my cab!Name: 20230502_131602.jpg

That very same day, about 3 miles from my house, I see my 1st, after 20 year Florida residency...a 3 foot GATOR roadkill! I turned my rig around in hopes of rendering some GATOR AID but more accurately to get a pic and another vehicle had stopped, threw WALLY in his truck bed and sped off! Oh well
And yes, even though MOM NATURE did her usual "HUFF and PUFF" and BLOW our hopes DOWN, I/We enjoyed the day/s outcome. Sometimes, as in Life, one's ability to do the "Step-overs" are the key to extra satisfaction...

    Thanks for Readin'/Ridin'/Reelin'...til next time-

You always ketch some nice fishes duggy. And even with a nanner on the boat. Wow, taking names and dispelling myths. Great pics, thanks for sharing.

Yessir- Although the "catch" is sometimes the ONLY facet that anglers target...my game is about my driveway to my driveway!Coupla' trips were madeCoupla' trips were madeCoupla' trips were made

Yes Skeet, as you easily know, success is sometimes realized through necessity.

As mentioned in my original post,my GatorAid was sidetracked when the critter was "rescued" by a driver immediately in front of me! Today, about 1/4 mile beyond that spot, I see another photo-shoot possibility. Like my fav comedian, Larry the Cable guy would suggest = GATOR DONE!!Coupla' trips were made?Coupla' trips were madeName: 20230520_135400.jpg
