Don't know of any maps. Google earth is what I use.

They are called bathymetric maps. Typically these maps are not provided for rivers due to the everchanging depths, movement of sandbars, etc.... whenever flow changes or flooding occurs. That being said. here is a link to what I found. Take your pick.
