Default Good Crappie Lakes near Sebring FL

Bought a home in Sebring FL this past Thursday. Looking for suggestions on the best lakes near there for crappie. I am just a little over an hour from Okeechobee which I know is good fishing. Suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Istogpoka is a good crappie lake. I'm at Okeechobee, but go there for a change of pace, occasionally.

Florida has lots of good lakes, except mine. This year after the hydrilla spraying my lake, lake Griffin seems dead. At least the south end where I live. Anyway, hopefully you get some more responses. I'm sure you'll find some good ones, it's a nice area.

I fish Istokpoga and Arbuckle Creek. Highlands County has a ton of water. You'll have no problems finding specks.
