Starting to open up

C.S.Lee ramp is now open, allowing access to that part of the river and Lake Harney.
The ramp in downtown Sanford marina is open. I saw about 12 boats fishing Monroe this week but all on the east side near that ramp.
I’m told it’s still idle speed/ no wake , which would make sense with all the boats near that ramp, but can’t confirm.
Saw a post on FB where someone talked to a FWC or sheriff and he said the river is still full of debris so they are even no wake unless it’s an emergency.

I talked to the sheriff's office to see when they are going to open the ramps at the park on Lake Monroe. I was told there's some damage to one of the docks and the sheriff will not open the ramps until the dock is repaired.

I’m ready to do something. Got out Sunday for a bit and got a few, a much needed trip. Hope the repair crew gets busy. We need it for the chili pie gathering in January.
